We initially concentrate in written and verbal garment related & general English communication.
Most lectures are delivered in English. Students shall refer to dictionaries and ask questions.

Know your Products
Raw materials – fabrics – accessories – woven garments (shirts, blouses, pants, jackets etc.), circular knits (t-/polo/sweatshirts), flatknits (pullovers) – garment washing & finishing – lab tests

Garment Measurement
How to measure – tolerances – importance of correct measurement – differencesfrom country to country – “good fit” – cm & inches – size assortments

Accessories’ & fabric consumptions – Costings – production output – production lead times

Offer & salesman samples – pre production samples – approval samples – shipment samples

Quality Control
Inline control – output control – checking measurements – final control of workmanship & packing

FOB – seafreight – airfreight – sea/air deliveries – export documents – L/C – other payment terms

Showroom Management – entertaining buyers – overseas visits – customer satisfaction – office image, etiquette & telephone skills

Corporate Social Responsibility
Wages – internal working conditions & facilities – environment – workers’ safety

Graduation Project
Students are assigned five different subject to be worked out within one month and to be presented as a display on Graduation Day. It shall demonstrate the person’s knowledge and creativity.
